If you like tennis, wine and food this trip is for you. The mornings you’ll have tennis lessons lead by Napa Valley pros. The afternoons will be filled with vineyard tours and winetasting at the finest wineries. At night you’ll come home to your luxury villa to enjoy multiple course wine paired meals made by a 5 star chef!

If you are ready to book your Napa Valley tennis experience please fill out the following form and make your $1700 deposit. This deposit holds your spot and is NONREFUNDABLE so please make sure you’re ready to sign up. Have more questions? Call or text our operations director, Nora at 410-349-6180.
You can make a deposit at anytime as long as there is still spots left, but please keep in mind the payment structure below. If it is past the date of a payment that payment will be due within a day of you making the deposit.
You will get an email confirmation immediately once you have made your deposit. We will reach out to you via text ASAP but please be mindful our office hours are M-F 9AM-5PM eastern so if you book outside those hours we will reach out to you as soon as we can!
We want everyone to be able to join this experience, so we have a payment plan set up. You will make your first $1,700 deposit (which goes towards the overall cost) to secure your spot in the link above. The rest of the payments are paid via invoices sent to your email. Please be mindful of when payments are due. We have to book everything far in advance so the due dates are strict and if you fail to pay on time a $25 late fee will be added each day it is not paid.

4/12: $800 2nd payment
5/12: $800 3rd payment
6/12: $800 4th payment
7/12: $800 5th payment
8/12: $600 final payment

There will be NO refunds for this trip. You can replace yourself but we will not be able to give refunds as everything will be booked in advanced. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include Trip Cancellation, Emergency Medical Evacuation, Baggage, and Accident and Medical Insurance. There are also insurance options that allow you to “Cancel for any Reason”. Travel insurance is available at such places as allianztravelinsurance.com and insuremytrip.com
Q: Do I have to play tennis to join?
A: No! All non-tennis players are welcomed. There is 1.5 hours of tennis each morning, so those who do not want to join can either sleep in, hang out or we can set up another activity for you.
Q: Do I have to do all the excursions?
A: No! This is your trip, you can do whatever you want. All excursions listed are included but you are welcomed to do whatever you wish to. If there are excursions you’d wish to do instead just let us know and we can help you plan if we can.
Q: Can I come alone?
A: The rooms are all double occupancy so if you wish to have the room to yourself you must pay for 2 spots. If you are okay sharing with someone we find we can try to set that up for you.
Q: Are flights included?
A: No, but we can help you with any questions you have booking your flights. Once you get to the designated pick up area you don’t have to worry about any other transportation!
Q: Will there be more Experiences coming soon?
A: YES!!!! 2026 will have more Experiences in and out of the USA.
